Another view on Iran

The Jerusalem Post’s editorial raising the specter "what if Iran gets the bomb?" ( World/Nation Views, March 2) is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
Israel has been hocking the United States to attack Iran for years. Fortunately, we have refused to do so; bully for us. Let us not forget, however, that it was Israel that conducted a preventive strike against Iraq’s alleged nuclear site in 1981, and that it surreptitiously carried out its own nuclear program, a charge they now level against Iran. Has Iran attacked any nation? Is Iran an occupying state? Does Iran closet people within its borders, denying them freedom of access? Has Iran built a wall to keep a people out? Has Iran carved up a Bantustan-like territory or settlements as punishments against its minorities? I am not aware of it.
