U.S. should negotiate without preconditions with Iran

Iran has not attacked another country in 200 years. They have
maintained a measure of integrity despite repeated occupations and
invasions, and more recent U.S. led interventions

Thirteen other nations, including Japan, are enriching uranium, as Iran
is, without international outrage. Israel, Pakistan and India developed
nuclear weapons through clandestine programs, without suffering

 But they live there, and they are adamantly
independent and self-determined. If we could work with them instead of
